Was booked in at a different Parkdean resort but the holiday didn't have the right experience for us.
Arrived on the Monday and was ready to come home on the Tuesday.
We decided to take a day trip to Pendine Sands to see if this would make it a bit more of a holiday experience only to find there was another Parkdean resort there.
Went to the recipient and met the most amazing helpful lady ever. I come from a Customer Service background and this lady was amazing and did everything possible to get our holiday transferred to Pendine Sands.
